I am Nandini Sachidanand, an HR professional, entrepreneur, and Ph.D. scholar in Positive Social Psychology. Since 2019, I’ve lived in Phoenix, Arizona, with my husband and son, while staying connected to my roots in Jayanagar, Bangalore. With expertise in leadership, team management, and event hosting, I’ve received multiple accolades for my contributions to cultural platforms. I am driven by the belief that “True success lies in uplifting others and empowering each other.” I take pride in contributing to our Kannada heritage and community. My hobbies include painting, traveling, singing, and designing. I am also honored to have won Mrs. Bharat Arizona 2023 title as a Kannadathi, reflecting my commitment to personal and community growth.”
